Outreach

I have great interest in outeach and science communication projects with main aim to get the public, especially the younger generation, involved in contemporary knowledge of Physics. We try hard to do that with the Athens Science Festival team and the Astropyli Science and Astronomy Club in Serres. I often visit schools, from kindergarden (!!!) to high-school, and science clubs to give talks about physics and our cosmos, large and small.

I also do a lot of scicomm with a bunch of eager undergrads and supervise off-curicullum activities involving youth participation in scientific projects. I post lots of these actions in my twitter account.

In the following list I have included some of my older activities at high schools and events involving the general public (hard to keep track of the most recent ones, more to show up later).
